Bad Service from Takealot

Asus X543NA-C45G0T Celeron N3350 4GB 500GB 15.6" HD Noteboo Very bad product, unit started to give issues where it was randomly switching off while using, a return was logged on the 01-08-2021 they collected and delivered to supplier 07-08-2021, it is now 17-08-2021 still no feedback, spoke to a gentleman at Takealot regarding this matter and he said they are still evaluating the unit, while I was speaking to him he just put the phone down in my ear. disrespectful people at Takealot Call centre.
