Bad service from Takealot

Such disappointing experience on order #***1 delivered last Tuesday without the printer's cartridges. Eventually after many many phone calls and emails( some duplicated requests) the printer was returned via RRN-df5a-fc3c on Friday. I was told that I would get my new printer in a day or 2. It's now been 3 days. Tomorrow it will be a week since I should have received a New working printer. I have spent airtime and emails without a satisfactory response from Takealot. Takealot has really dropped the ball on this one. Incredible Connection is a R100 rand more. At least I would have had a working printer already. Will think twice before ordering from Takealot again.
