Bad service from Takealot

Takealot does not honour their delivery dates, I'm still waiting after I Spent R2800 on items I need as birthday gift tonight.i have ordered well in advance and they exceeded their 10 working days period already and no service from them in this regard.they can not be trusted once they have your money
