Bad Service from Takealot!!!!

Really disappointed in takealot service. I ordered a Kettle and upon receiving I immediately logged a return as was not happy with the product. The item was delivered in a damaged box and was cling wrapped when received. I returned the product in the exact way it was packaged and now they refuse to accept the return due to the "condition" it was received in. Which was exactly the condition it was sent to me originally (a broken damaged box that had been sellotaped and clinged. They ignore emails disputing this and now I am stuck with a product I do not want and cannot get my money back. Tried to do a product review to get some response from them but they rejected the review of how the package was received. Shady!
