Bad service from Takealot

Their service is unacceptable. I logged a return on 16th of Jan but on fetched the printer on the 29th of Jan 2026 after reporting it twice to the return department. Then the cable was not in the box. So booked another pick up which they only picked it up on the 10th of Feb 2026. It is 7 days later and still no response on the out come of replacing the printer with a new printer as yet which is 19th of Feb 2026. Their service is unacceptable.
