Bad service from Takealot

In October 2021 I purchased a pool pump from Takealot and had to return it because it was leaking. The pump was eventually repaired by their supplier (whom I had to chase up) but has not been returned to me because Takealot delivered it to the wrong person. I have now been without a pool pump for over a month and cannot get this resolved. I am calling and mailing Takealot on a daily basis, but do not get any reply or feedback as to when my pump will be returned. This has been a very frustrating experience with Takealot and has made me look at online shopping in a negative and hesitant way.
