Bad service from takealot

I bought a bike about 3 weeks ago and the description said it's for kids from 3 years and older, to my surprise I get a bike suitable for kids from 2 years. I then return it for an exchange, the bring the same bike I returned. I get in touch with them for a return this time around for a refund, now it's a problem for the to fetch the bike they are busy giving me the run around, their social media is useless they promise lies and their call center agents are rude, they hang up or place you on hold than Knock off. Takealot I want my money and never again will I purchase from you.
