Bad service from Takealot

Their delivery drivers lies and signs for your goods. When you then try and find your parcels it is a struggle and Takealot refuses responsibility. I find Takealot very ********* at this stage and I recommend to everyone extreme caution! It is probably a lot less frustrating to rather just get into your car, drive to a shop and purchase the products there yourself. At least you will not be **** to or pay for something such as a same day delivery and then only be able to receive your goods the following day. Lastly when your stuff do go missing it does not seem if there is much you will be able to do either as Takealot don't care enough to take responsibility or to ensure for their clients to be happy!
