Bad Service from Takealot

Placed an order with takealot on the 29/05/18, order was cancelled. Placed another order on the 02/06/18, order was cancelled and I was refunded without anyone letting me know why my order was cancelled. Decided to place another order (same goods by the way) on the 05/06/18, order was cancelled. No one is telling me why the company keeps on cancelling my order but i figured that the price of the goods i am trying to order keeps changing. I have now decided to take my business elsewhere but i cant get my refund now.
