Bad service from takealot

I orderd dog food a week ago. Friday i missed the delivery, Monday and Tuesday the drive got up to security gate but nobody phoned me just got sms saying the cant deliver. Takealot says its not the delivery responsibility to phone when they at the complex gate. I have been ordering a year dog food from them and alway the depo phone me that the driver is at the gate, now this is a problem. Takealot recons I must wait outside my gate for driver and they can deliver anytime between 8-5 in the day. Or i must get a security at the gate. Like I am the only person that stays in a complex with a gate they need to phone to be let in. I have a job!!! And my dogs are now without food
