Bad Service from Takealot

Bought two TV boxes, returned it after 3 days. The lady at the return depot opened the boxes to take pictures of the items inside. Takealot then rejected my return saying the boxes was opened. It is a week now and I still cannot get answers from them as to why exactly my return was rejected and like all the reviews on Hello Peter no reply. NEVER AGAIN, cant wait for Amazon to come to SA.
