Bad service from Takealot

I have order something and ask to be delivered at Business address. I receive an sms at 6:57 that the parcel will be delivered. I start work at 09:00 and i receive a call to collect my parcel around 08:00 at business reception. I'm not a work that time and the driver was very rude. This was a bad experience for a client on a Friday morning. No more buying at take a lot.
