Bad service from Take alot

I am writing this Comment out of extreme disappointment in the service from Take a lot a few days ago after I Ordered a few Items from the Online Shop. While in front of my Desk at Work at Home one of the Delivery Attendants called me on my Cell to ask me if it’s possible for us to meet in Aureus? NOTE: This place is like 5km away from where I originally Requested for the Parcel to be Delivered at: Randfontein, which is completely different to the address I supp**** Online when I put in the request for Delivery. She went on to say that I must meet her at the traffic department in Westergloor and when I asked her: why?, she gave me attitude and told me that Take a Lot Does Not deliver in my place of residence; Toekomsrus. This has never been an issue before as I received, in the past several Deliveries Delivered to my Door from Take a lot in Toekomsrus. She further stated that what if something had to happen to her while she was in this place? So; my question is: Why is it an Issue for her to come to my house in an area that has never made the Back Pages of a Local Newspaper but she is willing to Meet at a crime infested spot kilometres from me, your Customer? Why was my address not a problem when I logged the request? And Why could someone not give me a call after seeing the address to advise me that you do not deliver in my area? I had to Drop everything that I was doing and Leave work; (I’m not a Manager who can just up and leave but an Employee who must organise these things well in advance if I were to just jump up and Leave at the request of a Delivery Attendant who is suppose to Drop of my Parcel; it’s what she does to put food on the table just as I am). My job is important to me because it my hard work that’s making it possible for me to Order Stuff from your Platform. After all I had to drive all that way to collect my things and couldn’t help but wonder that what if I did not have a car to go and meet her to collect ? Imagine: What if I had to take a stroll to go and collect the Stuff? would she have waited that long for me? I am utterly disappointed and frustrated because when I got to the agreed Delivery Spot at the Traffic Department in Randfontein, I am utterly and quite literally disappointed in your total Lack of Customer Service and hope that this is not what’s being done to many out there…
