Bad service from take a lot

I ordered a TV box on the 21st February 2023 and I was promised it will be delivered on the first of March. I waited the order didn't arrive and no communication, I then received a message that it will be delivered on the 3rd of March still waiting for my order nothing. First time and bad experience from take a lot, so disappointed.
