Bad service from Take a lot

Order 2 pair of powerlanders Mens and woman tekkies. Received it and the one size was not fitting correctly. We log a return amd they send me a second set. Same shoe same size was deliver after we ask for one size bigger. I took it back to the depot myself with another item I order to many. Received a mail that said they will credit my bank account which they did but after 2 days they debit it again. Then they Credit my Takealot account. Today I log in and the credit is removed. Now they want me to return the incorrect product which I dont have. This was taken in by their staff so how can I return a product which they took and accept it.

I start getting gatvol for take a lot. This will not stop here of this is not resolved. They pushed me around for their bad system and staff.
