Bad service from Take a lot

We bought a 18 foot trampoline from Take a lot . After a day’s problems errecting the trampoline we saw that the mat was too big . A child of 12 years old nearly touches the ground when trying to jump on it . We returned it to Takealot, they said they are not responsible as it’s in their suppliers specifications. Be careful of take a lots fine print
