Bad service from Take a lot

Hi placed an order online for a scientific calculator for my daughter, three days later I received an SMS that the item will be delivered by 5pm on the same day. I cancelled my commitments and I waited , later I received an SMS that the order will be delayed. Now the status changed to address details are insufficient, there is nothing wrong with my address and I feel this is a delay tactic. .
