Bad service from Superbalist/ Takealot

I log a return with them for items I wanted refunded. And indeed I was provided with the RMA numbers. They didn't send the driver to collect on the day they would collect. Sent numerous communication to sort this and only after a driver from Rainbow Courier Services ( I was even sceptical to give him the box because he was not driving the usual white bakkies but he came in a blue car reg:KB17TTGP but assured me that he was sent by Superbalist) came to collect the box with 4 items in it and RMA numbers written on the box. To cut the long short, I was refunded for three of the forth and when I tried to follow up with consultant Zimasa she told me that the driver only registered one item (yet they refunded three). And then she told me that I should search for item in the house. After using their foe so long, I am really disappointed 😞
