Pathetic, they used to be so customer friendly and now it is just pathetic. I needed to change the delivery address, nope, you cannot change once you have paid. Really? So now you are willing to waste the couriers fuel to drive to the wrong address, go for it! People used to be able to make changes now it is not possible. What a pity that the thing that made your company successful is now non existent.
