bad service from driver

I have received my full order yesterday, but i have a problem with the people that delivered it, they did not call when they arrived, when i went outside, they just left outside the gate and was already in the car ready to dive off?? they did not even greet but only said goodbye as i was walking out...very bad service from the driver and whoever was sitting next to him...
