Bad service from client care...

I've ordered a small fridge witch included a water bottel as a extra on takealot. I received the fridge but not the bottel.. It wasn't the end of the word not receiving the bottle for the important part was the fridge and that was the reason for my buy.. When I enquired about the bottle, the assistant told me that I have to return the fridge so that they can process the short product of witch is the watter bottle.. My problem is that there is nothing wrong with the fridge itself and the water bottel is a extra accesorie witch is a loose bottle not included in the packaging of the fridge.. Why should the 100% working fridge be sent back. When I asked this question, they just didn't reply my question in total and havent heard anything since.. Very bad service..
