Bad Service from All

What a story after being a loyal client for so many years no one gives a damn. On Wednesday the courier was in my street called he cannot find the house and I said I do not understand as my house is clearly marked he just puts the phone down. Well no order delivered. Thursday no order, Friday when calling in after there is NO contact numbers listed on their website the lady say oh the delivery has been postponed till tomorrow no explanation. She will escalate. There is clearly no customer service. When I said I should just cancel the order ok so do you want to cancel? Well Takealot you will not be hearing from me anytime soon with service like this
