Bad service false advertising

I purchased a baby cot and a cellphone case in December 2023 from takealot, it was advertised that the cot comes with a mattress, but upon delivery there was no mattress and the cellphone case didn't fit my phone, i was advised to log a return which i did. They collected the items and I got a full refund on the cot but my cellphone case was declined and sent back to me, to do what with the small cover I don't know. So I purchased another mattress as it was still advertised on the takealot website and was delivered today 13 Jan 2024, still no mattress. I called them again with my airtime and I was told to log another return, I really don't have time for games, takealot is very ***********. I need that mattress delivered, I am not going to log another return cause I really need to use that cot. And as for my cellphone case the lady Khanyo from takealot advised I'm not going to be refunded cause I opened the package, I mean how the hell was I supposed to know that the case was not going to fit my phone without opening it. But they could accept the cot back even though it was opened, that was a really stupid answer. I want my refund for the cellphone case, I'm not gonna allow to be ****** by takealot just like that. I'm never gonna buy from them again.
