Bad service

I made my order on the 16th April and the order was supposed to be here by the 25th April yet still i have not i been requesting for it but yrt i am told that it will arrive the next day but still now i have nog received it but yesterday i received an email after i emailed them again but they told me the 5th may of which i want to cancel my order my money back its pathetic one has to wait so long for an order.
