Bad service

Very bad service and *********. Ordered a product and received an email that it is not available and account credited. All good. Selected another product and this is where it went down hill.

The wrong product was delivered. Not even in the same category as the one I ordered. I submitted a return on the website thinking it will be resolved. Bad assumption!! They just deleted my return request without responding. I submitted another return request and again the request was deleted with no response.

Now I am stuck with a product that has no use or value to me and no responses from takealot.com
