Bad service

I bought a TV from take anloh and I noticed that it has a defect. Logged a return and it was scheduled for collection today but they never collected it. I called their line and I was told that the return was cancelled and they did not tell me the reason. My TV is still under warranty and when I call their agents give me a run around with no solution
