Bad service

So disappointed on their service... I called in spoke to Adam's he promised me a call back a week a ago with regard to my broken kettle I am so disappointed...

I tried logging a return it was not successful with loading it on my own as I was told the warranty has expired but on the website the kettle states 12 month warranty
