Bad service

Good day, I would like to complain about the service I got from take a lot, I purchased ipods with m6 band watch the watch did no switch on I returned it but it was returned to me because they wanted the ipods as it was a package on the day the driver came to deliver the m6 watch I did not take it and told the driver to go back with it as it was still not switching on and booked the ipods it was been almost two weeks without any communications from take a lot o send them emails without any response whatsoever.
