Bad service

Takealot does not offer good service anymore. For weeks they just send useless emails promising to process my refund. My goods are with them and they just waste my airtime if I call them. The staff is very ***********. Not right they keep my goods and yet don't give a refund , yet all emails say they are processing the refund and it will take few days ...
