Bad Service

Terrible service from Takealot. i paid for an order using my credit card. they had a problem with there system so the delivery guy asked for COD, they requested a proof of payment, as it is a credit card i sent them my transaction history twice ,showing the transaction for the order. twice from 2 different people they requested a proof of payment. up to now i have still not received my items as they are holding the items. After years of supporting them and hundred of items i have purchase. this is terrible service.
