Bad Service experience

I have bought a huge amount of items through them. Lately you are just informed via email that your item has been cancelled. I also ordered an ottoman which was to be delivered on 19 Feb 2026, I checked on my account and now have to wait until 2 March 2026, when I already paid on 9 February 2026. It seems that if you do not constantly check your emails and orders, you are spalled with surprises. Shocking service is all I say, take you money and that's it. Shame on your
