BAD SERVICE EVER FROM TAKEALOT

17 May 2018 i bought a Dell notebook for R3200 after that I phoned them after sending a proof of payment,few days later i received an email the at they received my payment and the order is being delivered. Later when I was checking out my order because i needed that laptop urgently the order was cancelled i phoned in they told me that someone bought the laptop,I was so angry and when I check on their website the was a same laptop but the prices were no longer the same i asked to speak to a manager,Babalwa refused to help me i then decided to buy a different laptop because i was desperate the laptop was delivered and it was faulty....i am so heartbroken.Takealot don't value customers,all i want is them to give me what I want.
