Bad service

I have been buying from take alot for the pass 2 year and have had problems with the products over the years . But never complained always took it as i did something wrong or did not understand the product manual . So as a result i have taken the lose . This time i bought a new pump from them . Which they forced me to take othe items to have a free delivery. As i had to wait 2 week for my package. Finally it came and the pump does not work from the start ... nothing burned or turned on .i then returned the item had to wait 2 day for a review of the item and only after 3 to 4 days was given my refund ... and was asked to write a review for Jainap A at takealot . I told her how i feel and the the deliever was not my mistake but yours . why must i pay for it . And the respone was not even we cant help you . It was sorry for the inconvenience with a smiley face . Do you still do busness like 15 year old kids are we not doing business her... i ask for her managers detail she could not provide me with it . I ask the ombudsmen details that as well she could not do please assist as i have teenagers at home to deal with i can not deal with takealot teenagers that cant read please assist
