Bad service

I have ordered essential goods on the 28th may and ever since then I received a sms every day up an till today that my order will be delivered today by 5pm yet no delivery. Then I notice they have split my order aswell with out an explanation. I have ordered 10 products why split it. I have sent numerous emails and no one explains why they not delivered the good and why they split my goods. I will never ever recommend TAKE Alot to friends an family. Poor communication and poor delivery services. Im really ****ed off with take alot.
