This morning when I checked on my return I found that the item will be returned without anyone informing me about it.

The order could not be evaluated because we have not includesd the training manual.

I do not want the item returned because it is faulty.

I paid a lot of money for this item.

I am willing to pay for the training manual.

Please let me know the values of the booklet.

What must we do with broken items?

Kindly cancel the return and reimburse me .

You can then deduct the money for the training manual that would not be more than a R100.00
