Bad service

I have placed an order on the 16th of April. I collected on the 22nd of April, when I opened the box my order was mot in the box. I returned tje box to the collection point and spoken to the call centre to send me the right products.

I have phone twice spending R60 airtime without any luck. Adnaan promised my order will be delivered today. But is is 9pm and no sms was received
