Bad service

I placed a order to be delivered today before 5pm. It is my son's birthday, today and this morning at 9am the delivery guy called me and said his at my home. I then advised I am not home if he can deliver at my work which he said is too far and we made arrangements for him to come back at 2pm. I called him once I was home, he said he'll be here soon. 2 hours later Take alot send a msg saying my parcel is rescheduled. The pick up point is literally 5 min from my house so I'm trying to grasp how no one is able to drop it when they only close at 7pm. THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME AS MY SON HAS BEEN WAITING FOR THIS AND I AM SURE THERE CAN BE A ARRANGEMENT MADE FOR A DRIVER TO DROP IT. IT IS NOT CLOSE OF BUSINESS YET. TAKE ALOTS TERMS STIPULATE BEFORE 5PM AND THEY ARE LITERALLY AROUND THE CORNER FROM ME
