Bad service

I ordered from Takealot on the 04/06/2020. I paid and sent a proof of payment. Monday I was informed that my order has been cancelled due to non payment. Again I sent proof of payment as they requested. After that there has been no communication whatsoever I tried countless times to contact them but no luck.
