Bad service

I bought a 3 plate stand alone stove on the 17th of March 2024. Upon receival I inspected it and found it had scratches and loose *****s it's appearance seemed as a used or returned product. Secondly the packaging was also questionable as it wasn't properly sealed. I reported the matter immediately and requested a return. Takealot has been dribbling till to date. I sent emails made calls I still haven't been assisted. I don't want the stove anymore I just want my money back.
