BAD SERVICE !!

i''m really disappointment with the service i have received from TAKEALOT especially during this pandemic when people are really frustrated, the call centre isnt helpful at all they act like they are transferring you only for them to put the phone down because they have no idea what they are doing. i recently bought a phone online which was delivered but 2 months down the line it died , totally refused to charge i logged the return on the 13th they collected item and 10 days later they tell me i have an accessory missing in the phone lousy headsets which i misplaced and now the entire this has been declined its very unfair what they are doing. i did not get the quality which was promised by the time i find the headsets the warranty would have gone off and they will still refuse to pay. i demand my money back from them because the product they sold was pure nonsense
