Bad service.

Bad service from them and there courier service. We order something's and we missed delivery on friday the courier company confirmed that they will deliver on Monday but they will call us it's now Thursday 14 Jan 2021 we didn't receive our order or any calls from the courier company but apparently they did try to deliver it to us by calling us and now the package is being send back and we will be refund so they say. I hate to complain about takealot as I'm a long client of them. But we will lose the promo price if we are refunded and I probably will lose some of my Clients as well. I use takealot for my Business seeing that we stay far from city's were I can go to a shop and buy it.
