Bad service

I had a very bad service at takealot northgate branch those ladies are very rude, m heart is broken very disappointed. I had a delivery today and I got a missed call from the guy and he left, I paid for fast delivery and they didn't care, had to call head office after begging the guy to come back and they did help me by calling the branch and that lady was very rude and cut the call while I was speaking, all in all I received a good service from the head office and they went extra mile to help me get my parcel.
