Bad Service

I ordered a patio set. They delivered the wrong item. Totally wrong. It was picked up on 19-03-2024. 24 Hours later no confirmation no nothing. On calling them I was told that it takes 3 to 4 working days for the item to reach their warehouse. Until then they can do absolutely nothing. They are at fault and I have to suffer the inconvenience. Never again will I do business with them. I suppose bad service will eventually find its way to all businesses.
