Bad Service

I just purchased Reebok irun 3 Treadmill last week 3 days ago for R7899, has not been delivered to me yet, today its R7499 phoned takealot the consultant says there is no supervisor there and they dont want to refund me the R400 that i paid couple days ago, behaving like *****s.
