Bad service!

Purchase a product and pay for delivery... Wrong product delivered... Sent back asking for said product to be replaced with the correct product... Instead my account is credited - i.e. not informed that the correct product is out of stock... Now informed that I have to repurchase the incorrect product at a higher price and pay for delivery again... Really bad service!
