Bad service

I ordered some glass jars from takealot on Tuesday , they were suppose to deliver them on Thursday, on Thursday I waited for them, they never came, and they said I wasn't home, they never called me and there was no communication. On Friday they promised to call but they never called again they didn't deliver my order. Now it seems like I have to order again. They have poor service they are ***********. I believe when someone is a driver he has to communicate all the time. I even spoke to a guy call Nyiko and he said the driver is not even near my address. But the driver keep on saying I wasn't home.
