Bad Service, Dishonest refund

I bought something and paid with Ebucks. They sent me an email the next day they couldn't do transaction and refunded me. BUT I paid 2990 Ebucks, they only gave me 299 Ebucks back. I am strugling for 48 now and no one comes back to me regarding giving me Credit for my other Ebucks. I dont know who to contact anymore. I sent 5 emails to different emailS but no response. I am really unhappy with Service. Please this is really bad
