Bad service, disappointed client

I bought a few things and upon delivery the driver told me that one of my packages to damaged at the warehouse, it will be delivered within the same week. I took his word and didn't contact them since their driver said all that to me. A week passed without my delivery, thats when I contacted them. They asked for pictures of what I received, which I gladly provided. They then told me that according to the warehouse everything was dispatched. I ask them to find the driver who made the delivery & they are telling me that it's not possible. They told me to bring back everything i ordered, which is impossible since some of the things i bought were for someone. And because i cannot bring back everything im going to loose my money. And because i need the missing items, i now have to pay twice for something I already paid for. This is unfair....
