Bad service delivery - wrong products / late refund

I ordered two items for my daughters birthday of which the wrong products were delivered. I then logged a return, which came way too late. I had to make a plan to get another gift. I then requested for the credit to be paid back. Only one item was credited. The other one was ready way after the one item that was credited and therefore I didnt collect it to rather be credited back to my account. It is now 2 weeks later and still no refund to my takealot account. When i try and phone customer service, it doesn't go through! Ridiculous!! Can someone phone me please... Or tell me how do I get hold of ANYONE
