Bad service delivery of takealot

I ordered 3 bottles of 750ml single malt whisky on a discounted price, on the day of delivery I get delivered 3 bottles of 500ml still water with the label stating the name of the single malt whisky. Called returns was told they will look into it, I said I don’t want a credit I wanted them to deliver what I ordered not to my surprise I get a credit and the agent tells me it was a pricing error on there side so they deliberately delivered 3 500ml bottles of still water, but still I check the app and the credit is wrong and I get no email or notification that a credit was processed which I didn’t want in the first place, I wanted the product so the last part of the story takealot still charges me R65 for 3 500ml bottles of still water.
